The basis of this course is to encourage students through the exploration and experimentation of ranging material options and technique applications. From fiber to clay and everything in between students will learn how to make the technical approach to their work conceptually intentional.
 
A special focus will be placed on guiding students through the development of a sketchbook that compiles a sampling of techniques and processes taught. Students will leave this course with more confidence in their process and with a broader understanding of all the possibilities at hand.
 
This program is open to ALL STUDENTS  who love to create and those who seek more guidance to grow artistically, regardless of portfolio requirements.
 
Unlimited access to project materials and open studios hours throughout the semester.
