In this course we will focus on underglaze decorating as well as conceptual work. Students will start to think about their voice, and how they can translate that through their work. This course is for students who would like to build their conceptual ideas, as well as learn how to throw.  
 
This program is open to ALL STUDENTS  who love to create and those who seek more guidance to grow artistically, regardless of their skill level. This class will be designed to have two independent, prompted, projects in which the teacher and co-teacher will help them plan. For those who are new to ceramics, they will be taught the basic building techniques as they learn. For those that are more experienced,  they will be expected to put more detailed work into the conceptual idea, as well as the texture and underglaze techniques.
 
Unlimited access to project materials and open studios hours throughout the semester.
