WORK WITH US SIDE BY SIDE THROUGH EACH STEP OF THE BUILDING PROCESS TO CONSTRUCT A REAL LIFE TINY HOUSE!
This course will provide a framework for youths interested in the practical application of design to hands construction, as well as community members and local tiny house enthusiasts. The objective of the project is to have students and community members work side by side and build their confidence and skills in hands-on crafting. We aim to offer a different perspective of "building a home."
On a macro scale, this project will stand as one of the first examples of a grass-roots tiny house built in Lowell. This will demonstrate a potential solution for student housing, homelessness relief, or serve as an economical option for short term rentals as a source of revenue.
